Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our products! We are committed to providing you with high-quality goods and services. In view of the particularity of cross-border orders, please read the following policies carefully:
Refund/Return Applicable Conditions
1. **Time Requirements**:
– You can apply for a refund or return within 45 days after receiving the goods (subject to the logistics receipt record).
– *Note: Due to the long international transportation cycle, this period has been extended, far exceeding the statutory requirements of some countries. *
2. **Product Status Requirements**:
– The goods must be kept **new and unused, well packaged, and with complete tags/labels**.
– A **clear unpacking video or photo** is required as a basis for inspection (required for dispute scenarios).
2. Situations where refunds are not supported
Refunds/returns are not accepted in the following situations:
⚠️ The product is damaged due to non-quality issues (scratches, immersion, disassembly, etc.)
⚠️ The return period exceeds 45 days
⚠️ Customized products, intimate products (underwear/swimwear), and digital products have been activated
⚠️ The returned product is missing accessories or gifts
Cross-border return process (processed by scenario)
### Scenario 1: Product quality issues/wrong goods
✅ Shipping costs**: We bear the **return shipping costs within Vietnam** (the Vietnamese warehouse address will be provided)
✅ **Operation steps**:
1. Contact customer service to provide: order number + problem description + evidence (video/photo)
2. Customer service will send **Vietnam return label after review
3. Send the product back to the Vietnamese warehouse (please do not send it directly to China or other countries)
4. After quality inspection, **full refund** (original payment path) or reissue new products
Scenario 2: Unreasonable return (limited to supported countries)
🛒 **Shipping fee**: Buyer bears **international + domestic** shipping fee
🛒 **Operation steps**:
1. Submit a return application and **pay the estimated shipping fee** (customer service will inform you after calculation)
2. Send the product to the designated Vietnam warehouse (return number required)
3. Refund within 7 days after the warehouse signs for it (**product amount – international shipping fee**)
> 📦 *Important note: No unscheduled cash on delivery is accepted! Packages with unpaid shipping fees will be rejected.
IV. Refund processing time limit
– Return the goods within 5 working days after confirmation of receipt
– Credit card/PayPal refunds take **3-15 working days** (depending on the issuing bank)
– If you choose to reissue the goods, it will be issued 7 working days after confirmation (new order number will be notified by email)
V. Special notes (cross-border must read)
🔹 **Customs clearance responsibility**: Returned goods must be truthfully declared as “Returned Goods”, and **customs prepayment** is borne by the buyer. If the customs is detained due to declaration issues, the order will not be refunded.
🔹 **Logistics risk**: It is strongly recommended to use **trackable express delivery** (such as DHL, FedEx). We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages.
🔹 **Currency settlement**: Refunds will be returned according to the **original currency amount** when the order was paid, and the difference caused by exchange rate fluctuations will not be compensated.
